The programme features an emotional interview with Olympic gold medallist Nick Skelton at the headquarters of British Showjumping on his return from Rio. Nick talks about his confidence in Big Star going into the arena and how amazed he’s been at the response both back home and from his fellow riders.
Other contributors include Performance Manager for Jumping Di Lampard, legendary showjumper David Broome CBE, and recently appointed CEO of the British Equestrian Federation Clare Salmon, who talks about witnessing the dressage team’s silver medal winning performance and Charlotte Dujardin and Valegro bringing home gold.
And Great Britain’s gold medal success isn’t just confined to the Olympics. Jenny also interviews Jack Whitaker together with his famous father Michael, after Jack won Individual Gold in the Pony European Championships, showing that the future’s bright for horse sport.
