We collect information about you when you register to participate in competitions, register an account with us to receive news or are subscribing to access WDL products or services. We also collect information when you voluntarily complete customer surveys or provide feedback. Website usage information is collected using cookies.
How will we use the information about you?
We collect information about you to process competition entries and contact winners, disseminate monthly news, manage your subscription services, and, if you agree, to email you about other products and services we think may be of interest to you.
If you agree, we will use your personal information on behalf of third party companies so that they may offer you their relevant products and services. WDL will not share your information for marketing or any other purposes with companies outside WDL unless your express consent has been given to do so.
In processing your subscription, we may send your details to, and also use information from credit reference agencies and fraud prevention agencies. If we process a telephone debit or credit card payment from you for the delivery of any service, this is done through PayPal and no record of your related card data is ever held by us in any way.
