HAYGAIN is delighted to announce that it is launching the NEW HG-2000 HAYGAIN hay steamer. This fantastic new addition to the HAYGAIN range enables you to feed dust-free palatable forage, helping maintain a healthy respiratory system to enhance performance.
The HG-2000 is designed to steam a fully strung bale, loose hay from big round and square bales of hay and haylage and can also be used with hay nets.
The HG-2000 HAYGAIN hay steamer is robust, whilst also being easy to maintain and operate. The steamed hay is ready to feed in 50 minutes and retains its complete nutritional value and goodness.
The HG-2000 is a fully insulated unit with a unique function enabling steam to penetrate the centre of the bale, releasing steam which defuses outwards, ensuring the entire bale is steamed at the necessary temperatures in excess of 100°C throughout.
Respiratory problems are frequently the cause of poor performance in horses, and HAYGAIN is dedicated to reducing these problems.
The most frequently occurring lower respiratory tract disorders are Recurrent Airway Obstruction (RAO), Inflammatory Airway Disease (IAD) and Exercise-Induced Pulmonary Haemorrhage (EIPH).
To avoid initiating respiratory disorders in horses, HAYGAIN manufacture hay steamers that reduce the respirable dust in forage.
