The Queen’s horses, of all shapes and sizes, are on parade to welcome over 50,000 visitors to the private grounds of Windsor Castle for the UK’s largest outdoor equestrian show, Royal Windsor Horse Show, which starts this Wednesday 13 until Sunday 17 May. Her Majesty The Queen, who has attended the show every year since it began in 1943, has several entries including her home bred Highlands and her former racehorse, Barber’s Shop.
