Unaffiliated competitions are held at Checkendon once a month and there are classes for all levels of ability. Competitions in the summer are held in our outdoor arena with warm up also on a surface. In the winter the competitions are held in our indoor arenas which have hard standing for parking lorries and cars.
The Checkendon Show Jumping Championship runs from November – April (winter championships) and May – October (summer championships) and with medals to the overall winners of each class and a Trophy and Champion Rosette to the horse/rider combination who obtain the highest number of points in any one class overall.
