Fantastic Opportunity to Join the HMB Syndicate
Would you like to be part of a team, supporting talented up and coming event horses? Now, is the ideal time to join the ‘Made in Yorkshire’ syndicate, the brain child of event rider and trainer, Harriet Morris-Baumber.
If you have always wanted to be involved in the sport of eventing without actually getting into the saddle, the ‘Made in Yorkshire’ syndicate provides a perfect opportunity to be part of the action.
The Horses
The syndicate currently owns two horses, Escofino I, known as Scooby and Whitesapark Caramel, known as Chappy, both now underway in their exciting eventing careers.
Scooby is a 15.3hh, grey gelding, who is seven-years-old and is full of character and very cheeky. He is a dream to ride cross country, very responsive and manoeuvrable, meaning tricky combinations should be easy for him as he moves up the levels. Harriet aims for Scooby to be out competing at Intermediate and 1* level in the next 18 months.
Chappy is a 16.1hh, British bred gelding by John Whitaker’s stallion, Peppermill. At six-years-old he has already completed five BE90 events, and will be stepping up to BE100 this season, and Intermediate and 1* in 2019. Chappy has enormous scope that will see him easily progress through the levels in the years to come.
Both Scooby and Chappy are the best of friends and love the attention from the syndicate members, either while out competing or at home on the yard.
