Kate Negus Saddlery is delighted to announce that International event rider, Kitty King, has joined the team as a sponsored rider.
Kitty has had numerous achievements during her career, including coming seventh at her first Badminton on Five Boys and, more recently, winning Tattersalls CCI*** on Ceylor LAN, winning the 7 Year Old Young Horse World Championships on Zidante, and coming second in the CCI*** at Bramham on Persimmon.
Kitty has used Kate Negus Saddlery products for many years and helped design the Elastic Grackle Noseband, which hit the market earlier this year.
“We’ve known Kitty for a long time and have always valued her input and feedback on the products we make,” says Julia Andrews from Kate Negus Saddlery. “Being a smaller company, our sponsorship budget is tight, but as one of our other riders has recently moved out of the sport, we were presented with the perfect opportunity to sponsor Kitty. She’s a great ambassador for our brand, is incredibly knowledgeable and knows what works and what doesn’t, so she’s a valuable asset when it comes to creating new pieces moving forward. We’re very pleased to have her as part of our team.”
“I’m really pleased to have Kate Negus Saddlery as a sponsor,” says Kitty. “I’ve used the company’s tack for years as the bespoke approach really suits my horses, and the quality is second to none. When you event, you have to be able to rely on your equipment, and with Kate Negus, I feel that I really can. The horse’s comfort is essential too, and with the way that Kate Negus Saddlery works, the perfect fit is never an issue.”
