In September 2020 we started our annual cycle of Degree Open Events and what’s more, our October event will be live on campus on Saturday 17 October, from 10am to 2pm in COVID-safe groups of six. The event is ticketed but completely free, so you can still come and take a tour of our stunning campus, meet the lecturers and see our specialist learning facilities in person with a guest.
To get your tickets please visit our website and choose the subject area and time slot of interest. You may bring up to one guest with you on the day due to the need to maintain safe groups, but they will also require a ticket for the same time slot.
The remainder of the Moreton Morrell College Open Events will be taking place on the following dates:
- Saturday 14 November 2020 – 10am to 2pm – all courses
- Monday 16 November 2020 – 5.30pm – 8pm – all courses
- Saturday 16 January 2021 - 10am to 2pm - all courses
- Saturday 20 March 2021 - 10am to 2pm - all courses
- Saturday 19 June 2021 - 10am to 1pm - degree courses only
The format (live or virtual) for these events will be confirmed nearer the time, so please keep an eye on our website
Equine and Animal Integrated Foundation Degrees
Are you passionate about working with animals? Have you considered a degree level course in equine or animal to support your future career aspirations?
At WCG we believe in making higher education accessible for students with a variety of backgrounds, academic profiles or experience. We recognise that you may not yet have the entrance requirements for one of our courses, or have taken a break from learning, but with extra time and support we can help you start your life-changing journey.
Our Integrated Foundation Year courses help you gain the qualifications and skills that are right for you. In the additional introductory year, you can study your chosen subject alongside modules that enhance your learning skills, helping you to succeed on your degree. With a lower fee for the first two years, these four-year full-time courses are comparable in price to a standard three-year degree.
We offered Integrated Foundation Degrees in:
- Equine Therapy and Rehabilitation
- Equine Science
- Animal Behaviour and Training
- Canine Therapy & Rehabilitation
- Equine Performance Coaching
If you’re interested in finding out more about studying with us from September 2021, please visit our website, where you can find more and apply online, or visit us at our Degree Open Events, to speak to our subject experts and take a tour of our campus.
