Equinethos Ltd are pleased to announce that former FEI judge, author and valued international trainer noted in the US Hall Of Fame Charles de Kunffy will be hosting a three day training clinic at The Dovecote Stables in July 2014. This is a rare opportunity to train with such a deeply respected classical clinician at the recently renovated training centre in Churchill, Oxfordshire.
For more than fifty years Mr Charles de Kunffy has dedicated his life to teaching classical dressage and sharing his passion for training and riding with horses and riders from all walks of life. He is a brilliant communicator, and his powers of observation and clarity of explanation are second to none. He passes on his great knowledge in a way that is easy to understand and relevant to horses and riders at all stages of their training.
“Horsemanship is not merely a matter of bodily skills, but is based on scholarship and, therefore, is a matter of the mind and intellect. Good horsemanship is based on proper development and, therefore, is also a matter of mentality and spirit. Without the correct attitudes and insights, there cannot be the right sport.” – Mr Charles de Kunffy
A limited number of training sessions will be available with Mr Charles de Kunffy who will focus on gymnastic exercises to help produce a willing, supple, athletic horse and ultimately a harmonious horse and rider partnership.
In addition Mr Charles de Kunffy will be hosting a daily seminar from 09.00am til Midday.
