My Horse Box to Start Raising Money for Equine Charity
Just 7 months since launching, My Horse Box are delighted to announce that they’re
raising money for Brooke Action for Working Horses and Donkeys, the worldwide equine
charity that protects and improves the lives of working equines and the people who
depend on them.
My Horse Box was set up in December 2016 by Annabelle Brittle and Jonathan Slater, two
young entrepreneurs, who had the desire to reflect their love of the equestrian industry
and highlight the best products on the market.
“We’ve always wanted to work with The Brooke, and feel now is a great time for us,”
Jonathan of My Horse Box explains.
Since their launch, they’ve already worked at some of the world’s largest equestrian
shows, and have also collaborated with riders such as Anna Power, Boyd Exell, and
Yazmin Pinchen. The team behind the luxury equestrian subscription box are now
delighted to be working alongside Brooke.
“We’re thrilled to be chosen by Jonathan and Annabelle as charity partner for My Horse
Box. There are over 100 million working horses, donkeys and mules in the world
supporting the lives of 600 million people, helping them to earn a living and provide for
their families. Brooke is a global animal welfare charity working with owners,
communities, governments and international organisations to make lasting
improvements to these animals’ lives. Subscribers to My Horse Box own their own horses
and ponies, and are true animal lovers. I think there’s an interesting contrast to
showcase and it’s the perfect opportunity for Brooke to raise awareness of How The
Other Horse Lives.” Said Caroline Robertson, Brooke Senior Regional Fundraising Officer.
My Horse Box send their subscribers a luxurious box full of hand-chosen equestrian
products for the horse and rider once per month. The products inside have a guaranteed
value of over £50 and the monthly delivery has recently included items from well-loved
brands such as Harry Hall, Supreme Products, and Aztec Diamond. The products are
always full size, high quality and can include cleaning or grooming products, equestrian
clothing, safety gear, accessories, and much more!
Subscriptions start from just £32.50, and a generous 50% from August box profits (on sale
from 1st July - 30th July 2017) are being donated to the Brooke, so be sure to order
yours at www.myhorsebox.com before they sell out!
How The Other Horse Lives is Brooke’s current campaign to highlight the stark
differences between the daily lives of horses in the U.K. and those overseas. To learn
