IN an exciting new development, Horse & Country and leading show centre, Arena UK have agreed a partnership to live stream major competitions from the Lincolnshire venue.
Well-known for hosting a fantastic series of top-level events, the team at Arena UK, headed by Teresa Stratford and Lauren Humphries run competitions across the disciplines and has a busy schedule of showjumping and showing planned for the autumn and winter months.
Said General Manager, Teresa: “It is very exciting to have the Horse & Country team live streaming from Arena UK and bringing the many shows we run to a wider audience.
“We have top-class action at the venue right throughout the year and with our Major Show Jumping Championship in September including a Grand Prix, Six-Bar, and Puissance, this is always great viewing.”
Added Horse & Country Director of Content, Jonathan Rippon: “We are delighted to be live streaming from Arena UK. It is one of the country’s busiest and most popular centres, attracting many leading riders.”
The first event that Horse & Country is set to live stream provides a real treat for showing fans with the British Elite Championship Show on Saturday, September 7.
This fantastic championship for home produced horses and ponies is a great showcase and testament to what can be achieved through hard work and dedication.
From Show Hunters and Riding Horse classes, to Working Hunter, Coloured and In Hand competitions, the show has been running for 28 years with pony classes including Show Pony and Show Hunter sections.
The Arena UK Major Showjumping Championships takes place September 16 to 22, with the whole event being live streamed on H&C. This will be followed by live streaming of many of the centre’s autumn and winter competitions.
