Sprenger has launched the new Slim Bit Line, offering a wider range of bits in a thickness of 12mm.
The new Slim Bit Line from Sprenger includes the KK Ultra Slim Bit, the Novocontact Double Jointed Loose Ring, Novocontact Single Jointed Loose Ring and the Max Control with locking mechanism bit.
These bits are particularly suitable for horses that have little space for a bit because of anatomical reasons. This is for example the case with horses that have a small distance between the upper and lower jaw, an above-average tongue thickness or a very flat palate.
Due to the new slimmer design, these bits are also suitable for stronger horses, as the pressure created by the reins is directed more selectively onto the tongue.
Available in sizes 115mm, 125mm and 135mm is the KK Ultra Slim Bit 12mm priced at around £112.00, the Novocontact Double Jointed Loose Ring 12mm priced at around £128.00 and the Novocontact Single Jointed Loose Ring 12mm priced at around £110.50. Available in sizes 125mm and 135mm the Max Control 12mm is priced at around £63.50.
Sprenger recommends that you always check the approval of the bit before using it at competitions.
