OLYMPIA SHOPPING VILLAGE REFLECTS BUYING TRENDS AMONGST EQUESTRIAN COMMUNITY

Classic country clothing and lifestyle pieces have experienced a huge revival in recent years, and the Shopping Village at Olympia, The London International Horse Show, reflects this growing trend, offering over 250 shops showcasing the latest in classic fashion, interior pieces and equestrian sporting innovation.

The Show is the place to find luxury goods for both home and wardrobe. From footwear by bootmakers Joshua Jones and Fairfax & Favor, fine jewellery from Delanns Jewels, accessories by MacKenzie & George, beautiful, classic tailoring combined with practical designs from Welligogs and quality sporting wear from Musto, there is plenty of choice for every taste. For the home, visitors can peruse Stevenson Brothers Rocking Horses, Phillip Sharpe Antique Maps and fine art from Collier and Dobson.

The hotly anticipated equestrian range by British brand Holland Cooper combines ultra-luxurious pieces with technical designs.These will be available alongside Holland Cooper’s Après and Casual collection which comprises of padded coats, jackets and hoodies, along with a range of classic accessories.

With so many top-level riders attending the show, cutting-edge equestrian equipment is in good supply. Equestrian ‘must-sees’ Townfields Saddlery, Ayr Equestrian and Wychanger Barton supply a huge range of products for the horse and rider. Innovative French brand and 2019 Sponsor, Voltaire Design, who specialize in custom-made saddles incorporating shock-absorption technology, will also be on display. LeMieux, the hugely popular brand for saddle pads, protective boots and colour coordinating rider wear and accessories, will be showing their latest collections on an expanded stand.

The 2019 Official Show Charity, The Tim Stockdale Foundation, will also be a focus point of the Shopping Village. Led by Tim’s wife, Laura, and two sons, Joseph and Mark, the Foundation focuses on increasing greater participation in sports, with a strong emphasis on unearthing young talent. All proceeds from purchases made on the Foundation’s stand will go towards supporting their work.

The Show provides seven days of spectacular high-class competition. Attracting crowds and riders from around the world and taking place in the iconic Olympia Grand. FEI World Cup™ action, which begins on Monday 16 December, will present the very best of Dressage, Carriage Driving and Show Jumping. Truly an international Show, Olympia will also host a range of exciting performances and displays from around the world concluding with the greatly anticipated Turkish Airlines Olympia Grand Prix on Sunday 22 December.
