Eventing enthusiasts can own a share in an exciting young event horse ridden by Laura Collett for just £65.00
The Event Horse Owners Syndicate has unveiled its first affordable event horse syndicate with Laura Collett! Eventing enthusiasts can now buy a share in an exciting new young event horse sourced by Laura Collett and imported from Germany by the Event Horse Owners Syndicate (EHOS) for just £65.00, with no ongoing financial commitment. Camouflage is an athletic five-year-old gelding sourced by Laura from Peter Thomsen’s performance horse operation in Northern Germany, the very same yard that both of her current top rides London 52 and Mr. Bass originated from.
Camouflage has been specially selected by Laura for EHOS, which aims to give eventing enthusiasts the chance to experience the thrill of having an event horse with a leading rider but without a huge financial commitment. Shares in Camouflage are just £65.00 for one year of ownership, with no ongoing or monthly costs and including a range of benefits. EHOS gives its owners the chance to experience what goes on behind the scenes as a leading event rider brings on and campaigns an exciting young event horse. The benefits of being an owner with EHOS and having a share in Camouflage include:
- Weekly updates from Laura Collett on his progress and plans for the future
- Training and competition videos
- An annual yard visit to see your horse and Laura
- A monthly newsletter with updates and information on all EHOS horses
- The chance to see your horse compete at events and meet fellow owners
- Priority access to EHOS training clinics with Laura
Camouflage arrived from Germany at the beginning of December and is being settled in at Laura’s Gloucestershire base where they will establish their partnership before heading out to gain valuable experience at local competitions during the winter. During the purchasing process he stood out to Laura for his excellent mental attitude, athletic jump and impressive paces. Having only been jumped under a saddle a handful of times, he has plenty to learn but oozes raw ability.
Laura comments:
“I’m delighted to have found such an exciting young horse for EHOS owners! I’ve had fantastic success with horses from Peter’s yard and it’s great to find a horse with such potential for EHOS. I’m so pleased to be part of something that opens up event horse ownership to more people and look forward to meeting the syndicate at the first yard visit.”
