The Abbey England team is celebrating after it was announced they were awarded highly commended in a prestigious county award celebrating hard working family-based businesses.
This year’s High Sheriff of Cheshire Awards was announced online due to Covid 19 and Abbey England was delighted to take highly commended at the High Sheriff’s Family Business of Excellence Award, sponsored by Roberts Bakery.
With 12 family members currently working for the business Abbey England really does have history and heritage running through its veins.
Said Abbey England CEO, Richard Brown: “On behalf of the family I would like to thank the judges for selecting Abbey England as highly commended. We are absolutely delighted and feel very honoured.
“It is wonderful that our work supplying premium workshop materials to the leather industry including buckles from our own foundry and leather from our tannery situated in the Midlands has been recognised.”
