Saracen Horse Feeds are continuing their support of equestrian sport with sponsorship packages agreed with two premier competition venues in the UK.
The College Equestrian Centre, Keysoe and Patchetts Equestrian Centre, Hertfordshire will both benefit from continued financial and nutritional support from the Saracen team.
Keysoe and Patchetts are key competition centres which attract a high level of entries at the affiliated and unaffiliated shows they run throughout the year in showjumping, dressage and eventing.
The centres also run excellent stabling and livery facilities and Saracen Horse Feeds will be ensuring that horses kept here will receive the best possible nutritional care with feeding regimes developed for each animal.
Saracen team members will be on hand at most of the main competitions at each centre to provide information and feed advice to visiting riders.
The centres also run excellent stabling and livery facilities and Saracen Horse Feeds will be ensuring that horses kept here will receive the best possible nutritional care with feeding regimes developed for each individual animal. To do this effectively, Saracen use a specific programme called Microsteed™, which was developed in conjunction with Kentucky Equine Research (KER).
The software takes into consideration all the key aspects of the horse's workload, routine, demographic, body condition and environmental surroundings, and evaluates the individual horse's nutritional demands to help owners formulate a balanced ration.
Microsteed™ is now available for horse owners to use online allowing them to identify any imbalances in their horse’s rations.
