Ramiro B
Ramiro B is ranked tenth in the 2014 World Breeding Federation Sire Rankings for event horse sires. His pedigree is a cocktail of some of the best jumping lines including Belgium Warmblood and Holstein, with notable Thoroughbred lines in his back breeding.
A Grand Prix showjumper by Calvani x Wendekreis x Tornado, Ramiro B produces progeny with performance, type and a superb temperament, including Ballynoe Castle, Cooley Master Class, Samgemjee and Heracross.
Power Blade
Power Blade differs from other Thoroughbreds in that he has a jumping pedigree. He jumped up to 1.30m level with Paddy Byrne as a young horse, before returning sound to stud duties.
His father, Fine Blade, sire of 4* The Wexford Lady, was a top showjumper. Power Blade is the ultimate Thoroughbred sire for performance, with super conformation and temperament. He also has fantastic movement as well as an excellent jump that he passes to his youngstock. His progeny include show horses; Hitman and Woodfield Indo, event horses; BGS Juicy Fruit and Prower Drive, and showjumper Shantonagh.
Arkol
Much admired since winning the four-year-old class at the British Showjumping National Championships at the Scope Festival in 2011, he has since won many five-year-old classes and dominated the six-year-old Tour in Valencia. Arkol is now jumping on the international circuit with William Whitaker.
Akol is a type hard to find, bringing the quality needed to put on most jumping mares being covered to produce a modern day athlete. His sire, Argentinus, is a prolific sire of world class sport horses, both in dressage and showjumping, including the infamous Arko III.
Peppermill
The Olympic showjumper, Peppermill is a KWPN and AES approved stallion and has been part of many Nations Cup teams with John Whitaker. He was also part of the 2006 World Equestrian Games and the 2008 Bejing Olympic Games.
His sire, international GP and Puissance winner, Burggraaf, by the great Landgraf I, has produced large numbers off international showjumpers up to championship level as well as some very successful dressage horses.
Utah Van Erpekom
Utah Van Erpekom is one of the most famous and successful coloured showjumping stallions ridden by John Whitaker. Their most notable performances were wins in Nestlé Masters in Brazil, the CSI5* La Coruna ESP Grand Prix and the Gijon Grand Prix, jumping them into the final of the Global Champions Tour Grand Prix, where they finished fourth.
Utah carries excellent bloodlines from his sire, Landetto, and from his dam’s side with Calimero and Samber. Carrying the Tobiano gene, Utah offers performance, power and scope as well as superb temperament which he passes on to his progeny.
