This year’s Royal Windsor Horse Show was a huge success for the Supreme Products sponsored rider showing team.

Robert Walker was certainly king of the ring with a number of foot perfect performances from his horses. He made it five out of five classes and two championship titles.

Robert rode Jill Day’s hunters, with Shroughmore Emperor winning the Novice Lightweight Hunter section and Grand Slam taking the Novice Heavyweight Hunter section going on to stand Novice Hunter Champion. Pride of Place II took the Cuddy Lightweight Hunters and took the Open Hunter Championship.

Robert also won the Maxi Cob section with Camilla Neame’s Starry Night and the Novice Cob section with Paul Mortimer’s Randlestown Rolex, who then stood Reserve Cob Champion.

Katie Jerram was also on good form with a win in the Cuddy Middleweight Hunters with About Town and a win in the ROR Thoroughbred Ridden Show Horse with Her Majesty the Queen’s Barber’s Shop.

In the Mountain & Moorland In Hand sections Jack Bowerman and Ringside Lucifer, owned by Gereth Williams, took the Welsh Cob D section and were crowned Welsh Cob D Champions, whilst Leonie Holloway and her miniature stallion, Scott Creek Monarch Red Graffi took the Miniature Stallion in hand section.

Susie Shuttleworth and the stunning coloured stallion In Your Dreams claimed the ridden coloured class for natives, cobs and traditionals. She then went on to stand Reserve Champion. The eight-year-old, bred by the Kimico Stud was contesting only his second outing of the season, having stood Supreme Champion at the CHAPS Spring Show.
