The Spanish Riding School of Vienna are delighted to announce that Carl Hester and Lee Pearson will be performing in Sheffield as part of the 2014 UK tour.

World class dressage sensation and Olympic Team GB Gold Medallist Carl Hester MBE will open the show with a master-class and a dressage to music performance, giving the audience the opportunity to see the modern sport of dressage.

He will be joined by 10-times Paralympic gold medallist Lee Pearson, CBE who will demonstrate the Para sport of dressage.

The whole evening will be hosted by Nicki Chapman who will guide the audience through the wonderful displays of horsemanship.

This is the first time the beautiful White Lipizzaner stallions have visited Yorkshire as part of their UK tour. It will also have been the first time that the Motorpoint Arena in Sheffield will have played host to Olympic riders Hester and Pearson.  Carl Hester commented:

“This will be the third time I have supported the Spanish Riding School of Vienna on tour and I am excited about going to Sheffield. I train lots of riders based in the North of the UK so hope that they come along to see this great show. Nicki Chapman and I will show the audience how the modern sport of dressage has evolved from that of the classical art and to be able to watch the two side by side is awe inspiring and magical!”
