Organisers are delighted to announce that the Equestrian.com Liverpool International Horse Show - an exciting and spectacular new entry on the British sporting calendar - will make its eagerly-awaited return from December 31-January 2, 2017.
And tickets for three days of thrilling showjumping action, along with world-class family entertainment, are now on sale.
The Echo Arena Liverpool, venue for an unforgettable 2016 inaugural event, will once again host many of the world's finest riders, with Rio Olympians among the possible entrants.
And with the action beginning on New Year's Eve, a party atmosphere is guaranteed. Special celebrations are planned for December 31 including a performance from the Abba tribute band Revival, who will be performing throughout the show, and another exciting music act for New Year's Eve only that will be confirmed shortly.
The Liverpool International has already made its mark, with 2016 Liverpool Grand Prix winner Billy Twomey stating: "To get a show kicked off in the first year and have big crowds was really impressive. It is an unbelievable show."
And Britain's Will Funnell, a 2013 European team gold medallist who was a class winner at Liverpool with the brilliant stallion Billy Congo, added: "You run out of superlatives for this show. You could see with the riders that we really enjoyed it. The whole thing was just fantastic."
Tickets, which are available via the show website www.liverpoolhorseshow.com include a new family ticket, priced at just £49.48 for two adults and two children in the bronze category, and £99.48 in the silver category.
Individual adult tickets start at £19.50 (bronze category) and £10 for children, with tickets also priced from £39.50 to £64.50 for silver, gold and platinum areas in the Echo Arena. Additionally, a season ticket covering all six sessions on December 31, January 1 and 2, is priced at £245, available in the gold category only.
Groups of 15 people or more, meanwhile, will receive a 20 per cent discount on adult prices only for silver and bronze areas.
Equestrian.com Liverpool International Horse Show president Nina Barbour said: "After the spectacular success of our first Liverpool show, we are looking forward to what will be another memorable three days, packed with everything that is best about world-class sport and entertainment for all the family."
