Surrey-based dressage rider, Vicki Thompson-Winfield has qualified for the prestigious British Dressage National Championships. Vicki and Artist took the Cavalor Inter II Premier League title with a brilliant score of 69.74% at Hickstead.
Having ridden from being a small child, Vicki began her equestrian career when she was 10-years old, breaking and producing show ponies. Today Vicky has over 20 National Champion titles and has won at every level at least one.
Currently based at Oldencraig Equestrian Centre Vicki offers her exceptional riding and training skills to the Equestrian Centre in Surrey. She trains her own horses at the centre and helps clients with their horses, ranging from Novice to Grand Prix level.
Owned by Samantha Francis, Artist known as Harry at home is a 11-year-old, stunning Palomino Danish Warmblood and stands at 16.2hh. Harry has been with Vicky since he was a three-year-old.
Winning the Cavalor Inter II Premier League at Hickstead is Harry’s biggest achievement to date, of which both his owner and Vicki are very proud of.
Vicki’s long term aims for Harry are to get him on the British Equestrian Team.
